Julia Zemiro

Best known as host of the SBS hit TV program RocKwiz, Julia Zemiro's corporate hosting and MC work is in constant demand. Julia Zemiro is a regular MC and debater in the corporate arena, a role she adores. Companies who have ‘enjoyed her charm and wit’ include The Australian Breast Cancer Foundation, Australia Day Council, Compaq, E-women Enterprises, Media Entertainment Arts Alliance NSW and Vic, National Gallery of Victoria, Siemens, STA, The Royal Women’s Hospital, Women for Cahallenge Vic, and ORYGEN Youth Health.
After graduating from the VCA, Julia Zemiro toured nationally with Actors at Work for the Bell Shakespeare Company for two years. During this time, she also became a regular panellist and debater for Good News Week. As writer/performer on Totally Full Frontal, she played over twenty characters during two seasons. Through Tropfest, she has won Best Actress twice for The Wedge, and recently she won Australia’s Brainiest TV Star hosted by Sandra Sully.
Julia Zemiro has appeared on stage in True Adventures of a Soul Lost At Sea, Macbeth (Green Room Awards nomination Fringe – best actress for both productions), Spontaneous Broadway (Burberry Productions) and Eurobeat the Eurovision Musical (Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2004 and national tour for The Glynn Nicholas Group in 2006).
