Ross Clennett

Ross Clennett came from a highly successful career in the recruitment industry and more recently as a Communication Coach and successful Public Speaker. Ross started studying and learning about communication and relationships to improve the results he was generating in his personal life. This has lead to a passionate interest in coaching others.
Ross Clennett owned the State Master Licence for a well known Life Coaching Franchise, is a member of the Australian Institute of Professional Coaches (AIPC) Ethics and Values sub-committee and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Ross' coaching philosophy is founded in taking full responsibility for all outcomes he generates in his life, both personally and professionally.
As a professional recruiter, between 1989 and 2003, Ross Clennett screened over 80,000 resumes, interviewed over 3,000 people and successfully placed over 500 people in work. Over this time he worked in London, Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne. He has been professionally recognised by the designation, MRCSA (Accredited Recruitment Professional) awarded by the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association (Aus & NZ). Since 2001 Ross’s opinion pieces and skill development articles have been regularly published in recruitment industry magazines and on specialist recruitment websites, both in Australia and in the USA.
Since his undergraduate days at the University of Tasmania (Bachelor of Economics) Ross has been in numerous student, sporting, community and business leadership roles which has developed Ross's passion for understanding the art & science of attracting, recruiting and leading talent in many areas of life.
As a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Ross Clennett has a real skill and flair for communicating this passion to others in a simple and powerful way. Initially starting as executive & leadership coach (worked/working with 47 clients, 1200 paid coaching hours) Ross's extensive background in talent issues has seen him quickly develop a reputation as a popular and effective speaker and consultant on talent. Ross is a Director of Ingenius Coaching.
