Karen de Tysson's unique background began as a world class ballerina. Following an injury that ultimately terminated her ballet career, she made the transition into the world of finance.
Karen de Tysson is CEO of CCK and a Director of the CCK Group of Companies, a dynamic corporation whose principle based approach is influencing leaders and organisations globally.
Over a ten-year period, Karen expanded her skills and influence through systematically qualifying as a Commodity Broker, Australian Certified Investment Planner and Regional Manager of an International Financial Planning Company. This strategic approach ultimately resulted in a transition to leadership consultant and advisor to many of Australia's multi-national corporations.
Karen de Tysson's determination to move beyond mediocrity has challenged her to continually strive for excellence in such diverse fields as performing arts, finance and now kung fu. This, coupled with an increasing belief that a new paradigm of leadership must emerge, has led directly to her global success.
True leadership will emerge when there is recognition that current leadership skills will simply not suffice.
