Darryl Lovegrove

Revolutionising corporate entertainment all over the world started with a simple idea and a burning desire to succeed. Co-creator of the operatic global phenomenon The Three Waiters; entrepreneurial mind behind corporate entertainment act The Leading Men and successful theatre producer Darryl Lovegrove, reveals his journey in a high-energy stirring key-note.

Many of us have had an idea for a successful business or one we really felt could make a difference, yet, only some of us do something about it. Imagine if you could break through what was holding you back and take the leap. Darryl Lovegrove did...
Following a successful career in musical theatre in Australia and New Zealand, (most notably as Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar for Harry M Miller), award winning vocalist Darryl Lovegrove and his former business partner spearheaded a simple entertainment concept to become the international success story The Three Waiters - the most performed corporate entertainment act in the world, seen by almost 3 million people in 70 countries. After 11 years he sold his financial interest in the show and continued to produce innovative corporate entertainment.
Darryl Lovegrove’s keynote about small business success and entrepreneurialism cuts through corporate jargon and articulates the inner dialogue of the entrepreneurial spirit with candour and humour and it also includes surprise operatic performances!
It is an exceptionally honest look at the challenges of managing a business, and reveals what kept the fire in his belly well stoked. He shares personal tried and tested core business strategies and the experiences he went through to learn them. His story aims for the heart and minds of managers, business owners and organisations needing an injection real inspiration.
What kept him focused through all the years and challenges? A do-or-die attitude; clarity whilst problem solving; fearlessness and a rock-solid faith in the ability to deliver a dynamic experience that always turned heads and hearts. This truly unique story of tip-toeing the line between risk-taking and dreaming big with “rock ‘n’ roll values and passion in his bag is both inspiring and thought-provoking.
Darryl is the perfect inclusion to a conference, gala, incentive or special event.
Darryl Lovegrove’s presentation includes areas such as:
• Making your passion your business
• the philosophy of risk
• the importance of providing “something new under the sun”
• copyright and protection of intellectual property
• dealing with the competition
• picking the right staff and retaining them.
