Wacky Races

Their roving performers will meet and greet your guests on arrival and can also assist with entertainment if they are travelling to the venue by private train or boat. On arrival, Wacky will assist with guest movement (lead guests) into the venue and provide roving entertainment as appropriate.
Roving entertainers can assist with formalities and can provide “race call” fanfares to gain the audience’s attention and play-ons for any formalities/awards if required. During the function our roving entertainment continues in the room and performers are also generally part of the interactive feature entertainment. If Wacky Entertainment provides the MC, we will coordinate any formalities and entertainment throughout the evening.
Feature entertainment concepts are designed to be interactive and offer guests a unique and Wacky entertainment experience. Each concept is tailored to meet the individual requirements of the client and relate to guests. Some examples are detailed on the following page.

Our MC will facilitate proceedings and coordinate activities throughout the evening. Attire may be corporate or as a racing character for example, Chief Steward.
• Welcome and warm up entertainment
Racing themed games where guests compete singularly against each other, or in teams. Activities may take the form of team events where guests work together or through quiz questions/elimination style games. With your assistance, we may be able to include some content from your conference in the concept design.
• Racing Themed Team Building activities
Example: Guests work in competing teams to design and build a horse in a set period of time. Each team will be given a box containing craft materials (cardboard, sticky tape, pipe cleaners etc) that they will use to build their own race horse. Rules; The team must come up with a creative name for their horse and write a paragraph of positive spin/form guide to sell syndicate shares in their horse to the other teams.
• Phantom race call(s)
The comedic writing style will refer to specific guests and reflect on aspects of the event. Races are called live with AV support ie; DVD footage of real horse races on screen. Betting and prize format will vary depending on required outcome. Wacky Entertainment will create form guide copy for each race.
• The Wacky Horse Race
This concept uses the phantom race calls (above) but adds a unique twist by culminating in up to 24 guests wearing costumes and racing each other atop our Wacky horses.
