Ant Williams

Ant Williams is an elite athlete whose achievements demonstrate the incredible power of the mind. Ant delivers a motivational presentation - “The moment of truth: How to handle the moment when you most want to give up.”

One of the best freedivers in the world, he has pushed through both physical and mental barriers to hold his breath for over eight minutes, to dive deeper than 280 feet in the ocean and to swim 223m without stopping for breath. In short, he knows how to overcome some of the most demanding and uncomfortable challenges a person can face!
With passion and intelligence, Ant speaks to his audience about redefining their limits and removing the barriers that stand in the way of success. Clients often engage Ant as a keynote speaker to inspire their leadership teams with his remarkable perceptions on achievement, drive and innovation.
Ant Williams is a down to earth presenter who offers a blend of entertainment and interaction with a powerful message. He has delivered keynote presentations to conferences across New Zealand and Australia for clients including Telecom NZ, Westpac, Roche and AMP. Ant has also appeared on numerous television talk shows including Flipside, Sports Café, Sports Tonight and Sportzah. He was filmed in Cyprus by Discovery Channel and also featured on the TVNZ documentary series Sunday.
Ant Williams worked as a Sport Psychologist to elite athletes in high risk sports for ten years - athletes who continually placed themselves under extraordinary amounts or pressure. Taking these lessons and applying them successfully to his own dangerous sport, he developed a highly effective system, for managing pressure and stress.
The world class freediver is a unique individual who pushes the absolute outside edge of human limits. Complete fearlessness and the ability to stay calm under sever pressure are crucial attributes. In this sport there is little hope for the athlete who loses his nerve at the critical moment.
Now he’s taken those lessons one step further and carefully applied them to the world of business. Using theory interlaced with practical advice, plus animated stories of his own high risk experiences, Ant provides a powerful message about self belief and emotional intelligence.

Best competition dive in constant weight: - 82m
