Anna Booth

Anna Booth is an executive coach facilitator and trainer with Margaret Stolmack and Associates, a principal of EMD Workforce Development, a director of CoSolve and former national secretary of the Textile, Clothing and Footwear Union of Australia and Australian Council of Trade Unions vice-president. Her corporate experience arises from her former roles as board member of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (1990-2000) and the NRMA (1993-1995), member of the Sydney Organising Committee for the Olympic Games (1995-2000) and General Manager of Corporate Communications at Sydney Harbour Casino (1995-97).
In addition to her consulting work Anna holds the positions of Special Advisor to the Shopping Centre Council of Australia and member of the Westpac Complaints Advisory Committee.
Anna Booth teaches the Certificate Program in Human Resource Management at the Australian Institute of Management. She is a trained mediator, and a skilled and experienced negotiator. She enjoys excellent relations and high credibility across the labour-management spectrum.
More recently, Anna Booth has formed her own consulting practice providing independent workplace and stakeholder relations services, specialising in facilitating co-operative change. With her strong interest in the leadership and the management of people, Anna Booth’s lively presentations are humorous and include anecdotes from her extensive career.
Anna Booth has spent her entire career in and around workplaces in the manufacturing, hospitality, retail and financial services industries. She is passionate about the development of people, particularly the development of what she calls the ‘competencies of co-operation’.
