Mark Aiston

After 14 years working as the sports host for the ABC in Adelaide, Mark Aiston joined Network TEN in 1996 as the stations number one football reporter, and was then appointed Sports Presenter in December 1997.
Since then Mark Aiston has worked on most of the network’s sporting events including the Sydney to Hobart, Bathurst, Indi Car, Moto GP, the Australian Formula One Grand Prix, The Clipsal 500 Adelaide, World Netball Championships and Australia Day celebrations.
Mark Aiston works for Network Ten’s national sports program “Sports Tonight”. He also hosts sport for TEN’s 11.00am Monday morning national news broadcast from Adelaide, and provides a weekly sports review on Friday.
Mark Aiston has worked extensively on radio, having hosted “The Sunday Roast” for five years on radio station 5AA. The popular program covered sport, life and a mix of humour. In 2005 Mark joined Triple M’s New Zoo for breakfast with his own unique humour to bring you special sport reports.
Mark Aiston also hosted a Saturday morning sports show on The Sports Entertainment Network SEN, and worked with Richmond champion Kevin Bartlett .
He spent twelve years at the ABC from 1984, where he was the stations Sports Presenter and called SANFL football. Mark is a regular fixture on the Adelaide event circuit, his professional approach and unique sense of humour has kept him in hot demand to host not for profit and corporate functions.
Mark is an experienced speaker and is in great demand as a MC. He is also a director of the Media Training Centre in Adelaide and is their Media and Professional Presentation trainer.
