Nigel Allan

Nigel Allan is an author, sales trainer, keynote speaker and a specialist at bringing self-belief, a winning attitude and success where there was none. Nigel was a champion athlete, softball pitcher, swimmer and rugby union player having been the captain of his the club, high school, and district teams. He is still very active in the sporting arena and plays men’s baseball.

Nigel Allan is a qualified and nationally accredited level one coach with the Australian Coaching Council. For the past five years he has enjoyed coaching his local junior club and representative baseball teams. He commenced his career selling motor vehicles in 1972 and on 5 occasions was Australia’s Number One Telephone Productivity Salesperson for Martec, out of around 700 salespeople. In 1993 in only an 8 month working period he was 3 sales away from being Number One Honda salesperson in Australia.
In the past 10 years Nigel Allan has been a coach, sales trainer and mentor to many people, as he has consulted some of the largest companies of there kind in the world like Ford and Mitsubishi. He has found that most people he has met that attend training seminars do not apply what was taught, and remember very little of the subject matter within 2 weeks of attending. These people experience no increase in their skill level or success, so something is missing.
