Brennon Dowrick is a professional speaker and Journalism graduate. He is also the Director of Performance Max, a unique corporate health and fitness education program accessing Australia's top sports science and medicine professionals
From the age of seven, Brennon had the goal of representing his country at the Olympic games. Joining the Australian Institute of Sport at the age of 12 and spending sixteen years on scholarship, Brennon lived through highs and lows with an unwavering commitment to achieving beyond his dreams.
