In her time, Bec became Australia’s youngest female advertising Creative Director and only one of 3% of women globally to attain the title. In addition, Bec has won numerous international awards and gained the recognition of her peers for her work across many categories and major brands.

On the back of this, Bec joined the 0.1% women worldwide to open an agency, Venus Comms, in 2004. Bec saw an immense gap and opportunity for the way business recognised and connected with the $28T female market and has since built Venus into a ground-breaking and successful marketing agency. Her focus remains on creating better ROI with women, and her clients have continued to enjoy unprecedented success with transformative results because of her unique ability to translate “what women want.”

Bec’s business has continued to boom with her expansion into a consultancy where she speaks, writes and works direct with business leaders and brands on the power of gender intelligence in creating growth in flat markets.
