Property expert, property investor, keynote speaker, author, television host, and self-proclaimed lifestyle junkie, Chris Gray turned $35K into his own multi-million dollar property portfolio by the time he was 31, enabling him to retire from his full-time job as an accountant.
Chris is the Property Expert on Channel 9’s Myhome TV and the author of Go For Your Life: How to Turn Your Weekdays into Weekends through Property Investing. He has written for, and been featured in, numerous magazines and newspapers such as Sunday Telegraph, Sunday Life, AFR Smart Investor, Sun-Herald, Your Investment Property, Your Mortgage, Homes Guide and REINSW and REQLD magazines.
He is also the founder and principal owner of Go For Your Life, an independent property consultancy that either teaches people the skills for lucrative property investment or builds portfolios for them. Chris’s clients include CEOs and professionals that have the desire, but not the time, to create passive wealth from property.
Chris Gray is a qualified accountant, property mentor and buyer’s agent. He mentors and educates consumers and businesses in the mortgage and property markets about passive wealth. His speaking engagements include conferences and seminars by CPA Australia, LJ Hooker, First National, SHFA, and Mortgage Choice.
Chris Gray also spends much of his time mentoring others to help them successfully achieve lifelong wealth and financial security through property investment. He is a member of the National Speakers Association, and has many articles in newspapers and magazines throughout Australia. He is also regularly on Australian television and radio.
