The opportunity to associate with the world's best residential training centre for elite athletes was a dream come true for Clark Perry, and instigated the move down under, an experience to this day that has shaped many of PST's philosophies
Dr Clark Perry has worked with many of Australia's top executive teams, assisting them in their winning performances. In recent years, Clark has been the Sports Psychologist for the Wallabies, the Australian Olympic Swim Team, Australian Cycling, Triathlon Australia, Australian Baseball and the ACT Brumbies. He also worked with athletes during the 2000 Olympic Games, and was directly responsible for their "mental fitness" as individual and team performers.

What makes these leaders Hardy or Mentally Tough, instead of getting caught up in the hysteria? What is the secret to creating a resilient staff that bounce back and continually exceed expectations?
Dr. Clark Perry will reveal the global research that has been conducted into the attitudes and behaviors that deliver exceptional performance in the face of adversity. This research has shown that Mental Toughness is a construct that can be measured and developed, both individually and culturally through MT Leadership.
A registered psychologist, Clark Perry currently holds the position of Adjunct Senior Lecturer at The University of Canberra. He earned his Bachelors Degree from Trenton State College in Psychology, a Masters and Doctorate Degree (ABD) from Temple University in the Psychology of Human Movement and a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy.
In his role as Director of rogenSI, Clark's corporate clients are most of the top 100 global companies across all industry sectors. His work as a thought leader, researcher, facilitator and presenter has earned him an international reputation as an Exceptional Performance Expert. He has published in numerous academic and popular journals, as well as been featured in radio and television broadcasts around the world. Clark Perry has recently completed an assignment as Chief Operating Officer of a large national commercial law firm where he was able to apply his principles and practices in a remarkable turnaround performance.
