Dr Elizabeth Celi's Biography

Founder of Elements Integrated Health Consulting, Dr Elizabeth Celi specializes as a Performance Psychologist – turning around the negative impact of depression and anxiety on thinking toward mental health and wellbeing.
An award winning speaker, Elizabeth Celi still practices privately as a Health and Exercise Psychologist with a passion for men's thinking health. This passion has resulted in the recent release of her book "Regular Joe vs. Mr Invincible - The Battle for the True Man". This book uncovers the inner battle men experience when it comes to looking after their health and ultimate performance.
Elizabeth believes that self-awareness and self-direction are powerful tools toward the prevention and recovery of mental health problems - which inevitably effects how individuals function at work. By improving these areas, the risk factors that may develop into clinical disorders can be pre-empted and their debilitating impact reduced. This is particularly important in the workplace in ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction in their occupational role, benefiting both staff and employer.
As a speaker and trainer, Elizabeth Celi helps her audiences understand where psychological blocks and barriers to ideal function and performance arise and offers simple strategies to overcome these.
