Dr Jenny Brockis is a thought leader in the science of high performance thinking. As a medical practitioner Jenny delves into neuroscience and positive psychology to develop tools and strategies to help empower people to become the best version of themselves. She is the author of three books including the best-seller Future Brain, and has had numerous articles published in print and on-line. Jenny is also in demand as a brain health expert and commentator for radio and TV.
Dr. Jenny Brockis specialises in high performance thinking. She is a Medical Practitioner, Board Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician and expert in brain fitness, long fascinated by the brain and human behaviour, Dr. Jenny reveals how to cultivate the mental agility, flexibility and adaptability required to meet the needs of the modern workplace and thrive.
Her mission should you choose to accept is to boost organisational health through the creation of positive, people-centric working environments. Convinced there is a better way to improve how well we think, learn and remember Dr. Jenny chose to hang up her white coat to work with business leaders and managers who share her belief that the best investment we will ever make is in our own neural real estate.

A self-confessed addict to learning and good coffee, Dr. Jenny sees her purpose as inspiring others to give their brains the attention they deserve, to experience that quiet sense of achievement of getting stuff done, working to the level we're truly capable of and living life to its fullest.
When not speaking, researching or writing Dr. Jenny loves to spend time with her family and friends, travelling the world to far-away places and continues to challenge her long-standing fear of heights.
