Jaynie Seal's Biography

Jaynie Seal is the weather presenter for National Nine News with more than 14 years in radio, television and live Theatre speakers performances to her credit.
Previously a producer with Channel Nine, Seal returned to the network in April 2005 to present Australia's weather for the 4.30pm edition of National Nine News.
Jaynie Seal also presents the weather for Sydney's major 6pm bulletin and Nightline.
She first worked with Channel Nine from 2000 to 2002 as a producer.
Prior to that, Jaynie Seal was part of the original Weather Channel Team when it launched on Austar in 1999, working as a producer and presenter.
In 2002 she again joined Foxtel's Weather Channel, covering all the national weather conditions each morning. Stories included the Canberra bushfires of January 2003, in which four people lost their lives, and more than 530 homes were destroyed.
Between 1995 and 2004 Seal worked as a voiceover artist and singer for Sydney radio stations 2Day FM, Triple M, Nova 96.9 and Triple J.
An accomplished performer, Seal has trained extensively as a singer and dancer. She has appeared in television commercials, choreographed corporate shows, and danced with Kylie Minogue and Thelma Houston. Jaynie is a great Master of Ceremonies who brings her shine and energy to your events.
She has taught dance and aerobics and also appeared as a fitness instructor on Nickelodeon and Aerobics Oz Style.
Jaynie's interests now extend into studying Natural Therapies, with a course she is completing part-time, along with keeping extra fit by running, playing tennis and doing yoga and pilates ... and yet more dancing!
