Jeremy Liddle's Biography
As the Australian President for
the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance (G20YEA) and Director of Entrepreneurship
for The Enterprise Network for Young Australians (ENYA), Jeremy advises world
leaders on global best practice in policy and processes for business success
with the intention of creating positive change & sustainability.
Upon leaving school in 1999
Jeremy began a degree in psychology but was soon tempted, like many young
people, by the lure of the party lifestyle. As time passed and the lights
dimmed, he was confronted with a critical life changing decision, hitting a
personal rock bottom.
With the assistance of John
Anderson, a valued mentor and friend who was then diagnosed with terminal
cancer, Jeremy made the decision to follow John’s parting words and ‘make every
step count’. Rather than giving up on life, he chose to overcome adversity, and
build a life that has led him to ultimate success in finding his true purpose
and passion.
By the age of 20 Jeremy was
managing his first start up business in the booming Australian juice
bar trade, opening Australia’s number one Juice Station Outlet. In 2005,
he went on to co-found a natural health company called RioLife which picked up
various accolades, including winning Australia’s fastest growing small business
2010 for My Business Magazine.
Jeremy is a TEDx speaker and
has keynoted globally for G20YEA on the art of entrepreneurial thinking and
leadership at international economic forums such as the Junior Chamber
International (JCI) global partnerships summit in NYC and The Commonwealth
Asian Alliance of Young Entrepreneurs (CAAYE) summit in Sri Lanka. He speaks at
United Nations expert group meetings on youth and entrepreneurship, won “The
search for Australia’s top young entrepreneur” at Australia’s largest
convention for young entrepreneurs in September 2011, and featured in the
Shoestring Media 2012 Young & Influential list. His book “From Idea to
Start-Up” assists entrepreneurs to implement processes to create a vision and
execute a dream.

to make the world a better place, but very few of us have ‘a process’ in our
business, that is designed to give back whilst also providing for our own
survival.
In this presentation, Jeremy
explores core concepts that will elevate a business not only financially, but
also create a sustainable organization that addresses social and environmental
issues. This in turn creates a sense of purpose in a business that is beyond
individual need, empowering your people to truly believe that what they do
every day is in fact ‘changing the world’.
Jeremy walks his talk, in 2005 he
co-founded RioLife, the only Australian company donating 1% of all retail sales
to the registered charity ACAIMU. This product also provides both a staple food
and an income for the natives of the Brazilian Amazon where it is sourced.
In addition to RioLife, through his
work with the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance, United Nations and the UN
Millenium Development goals Jeremy is able to conceptualize the potential for
