Keith Conlon's Biography

After forty five years in Adelaide radio and television, Keith Conlon is well recognised as a passionate South Aussie. During his sixteen years researching and presenting “Postcards” on NWS9, he gained the nickname Mr South Australia.

 

He chaired the Crows Children’s Foundation for its just completed first decade and regularly assists not-for-profit organisations. A recipient of an OAM for his services to the community,  he was given a Distinguished Alumni Award by the University of Adelaide in 2012 and granted membership of the SA Media Awards Hall of Fame in 2014. He is also an Honorary Fellow of the Planning Institute of Australia.

 

Keith is now a freelance writer, MC and presenter. And he still plays drums in the Credit Union Christmas Pageant Jazz Band.

 

He is a keen photographer, prolific on Twitter and Instagram, a foundation Crows season ticket holder and long time student and supporter of our excellent food and wine industry.
