He has proven skills in Leadership Development, including Executive Mentoring and Organizational Development initiatives, working with Senior Executives of organizations to assess opportunities for enhancing Organizational Culture, Team Dynamics (including conflict resolution), Retention Strategies, Designing and Implementing an Employment Brand, Mentoring Programs, Motivation strategies, Employee Relations Engagement Initiatives, and Leading Change Management Initiatives
As a Conference Speaker in Asia and Australia, Kerry Larkan is noted for his refreshing thought provoking perspectives and insights to problems and barriers. He is in demand as a mentor. In particular his skill for developing and implementing successful change strategies is highly sought after.
