Kevin Panozza founded SalesForce with advertising agency DDB in 1994 and built it into the most successful, outsourced customer contact business in the APAC region.
As Managing Director Kevin established a team that achieved very strong revenue and profit growth and organisational stability in a small, very competitive market. Under his guidance, SalesForce achieved a global reputation for deploying emerging technologies and new techniques for customer and employee engagement.
Today, Kevin Panozza is co-founder and CEO of Engage P/L. Genesys Labs, LivePerson Inc. and Tracx are world leading, innovative software providers that now partner Engage in the APAC region to enable companies to meet the demands of doing business in the New Marketplace.
Kevin's strong personal convictions about creating stimulating work environments and empowering cultures resulted in SalesForce being voted 'Best Employer in Australia and New Zealand' in the Hewitt bi-annual survey in 2004, 2005 and 2007 - the first time any Australian company has been honoured with three consecutive awards. SalesForce was recognised in 2007 amongst the top six employers in Asia.
