Lynne Schinella's Biography
Speaking with confidence is Lynne Schinella’s day job. Her speaking invitations put her in front of audiences of all types all over the world. Lynne presents to Boards, to executive committees, at business workshops and to hundreds of delegates at corporate conferences.
Her recent clients include IAG, Volkswagen, Bunnings Group, Flight Centre Group, the Smith Family and Tourism Australia. She is a favourite of the Professional Conference Organisers Association.
Lynne is also a teacher of speakers who is called on to coach C-level executives for critical business presentations and keynote speeches. Lynne has studied acting and presentation at NIDA and completed programs at the Matt Church Thought Leaders Business School.
But Lynne’s true value in this space goes beyond her decades of experience. Through her desire to constantly learn and grow as a professional speaker, Lynne is able to continually put her teaching into practice. Her coaching for speakers is current and real – it reflects what she sees and hears as well as what she does. She learns it, lives it, shares it.

After 10 years running her own performance improvement company, she was drawn to the world of training where her communication skills were honed, establishing Ripe Learning in 2001.
Creator of the RIPE Personality Profiling System in 2004, she has now trained thousands of people on how to work with the strengths and challenges of being an Apple, Mango, Lime or Banana.
Lynne is in demand as a business speaker both in Australia and overseas and the author of Bite Me! and other do’s and don’ts of dealing with our differences. Prior to the conference Lynne will be available for planning and meetings either in person or via Skype, able to advise on both content and execution. She will contact all speakers beforehand to ensure she knows their key messages, bios and pronunciation.
Once conference begins Lynne will:

• reinforce & support the theme throughout the event

• employ adult learning techniques to ensure maximum learning
