Melina Schamroth is in the business of making a difference. Melina’s company m.a.d.woman is a multi-award-winning social enterprise. Melina is a speaker and author and creator of the global Grateful in April campaign.

m.a.d.woman is the winner of the National 2011 Telstra Business Award for being the most socially responsible business in Australia. Programs and events connect people with each other and their communities and have seen more than 7000 people positively impact the lives of around 300,000 people.

Be it bushfire, flood and earthquake relief, helping the hungry and homeless or supporting neglected animals, Melina is continually finding innovative ways to motive and engage people.

Melina’s background includes 18 years working in journalism, communication, marketing and PR for a variety of global companies and leading organisations in Australia and New Zealand. These include top 100 companies, Government and not for profit groups.

Melina motivates and inspires business, networking and community groups to get involved. Her presentations show businesses and individuals how to benefit from being socially responsible and bring out the best in themselves by making a difference to others. Melina can be engaged as a keynote speaker, Workshop and Teambuilding activities and MC work.

Team Building activitites are developed and tailored for each individual company and company request. Over the past few years, m.a.d.woman has created many unique socially responsible corporate team building events and activities to make a difference. From small groups to large teams, m.a.d.woman events unite participants - all while producing tangible outcomes for projects in need.
