Michael Morgan's Biography

Michael Morgan is the Director of Epoch Australia Pty Ltd, a consulting company designed to build high performance teams in the sales and marketing arena. Michael has worked closely with senior executive teams and CEOs across a wide spectrum of industries.


His clients include many high performance companies such as Westpac Banking Corporation, Merrill Lynch, Optus, Australian Finance Group, Qantas, Compaq Computers, St. George, Fairfax Limited and Mitsubishi Development to name a few.
Michael Morgan has 12 years experience in Consultancy Training including personal and professional development. Throughout his career he has developed over 52 training and development programs specific to individual and corporate needs.
He successfully integrates conscious and unconscious drivers such as NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Clare Graves World Views, DISC Behavioural Analysis and Myers Briggs Type Indicator into the way he facilitates his programs. Michael is also a NLP Master Practitioner.
Michael's motivational and business facilitation has allowed participants to achieve a high level of control and understanding when dealing with their and other people's behaviours and emotional states.
This process of communication gives participants the ability to keep the initiative at all levels of interaction, delivering improved company growth, team commitment and strong management practices.
Part of Michael Morgan's journey to become a Master Practitioner was his four year training association with Mercuri International a worldwide training company. This company selected Michael along with four other high level successful executives to train as Master Facilitators, Coaches and Key Note Specialists. This being a first for the company.
All 5 recruits had to have a proven track record of a minimum 10 years Executive Management and run a $50million plus company. Prior to this he spent 18 years in the Sales, Sales Management and Marketing sector. His career path has been across industries such as Insurance, Finance, exporting Cosmetics, Property Development and other Entrepreneurial Business Concepts.
Of the many years that Michael spent in the Cosmetic Industry his role included opening markets in Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, Kuala Lumpur and the USA.
His experience and great depth of knowledge has enabled him to develop speciality skills as a motivational facilitator, keynote speaker and trainer.
