Paul has a unique way of sharing his exhilarating life experiences through storytelling that are underpinned by his strong academic background in neuroscience. My teams have particularly resonated with how the story connects to the theory, the science behind the theory and how to put that theory into practice. His frank and direct approach hits the mark time & time again, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him if you are looking for something a little different. He is a true inspiration and has prompted me to make meaningful changes not only in my professional life but also my personal life – thank you Paul!

Jo Hayes NAB Head of Technology, Treasury & Traded Risk Banking Products, Markets & Operations (Technology) Enterprise Services & Transformation

Paul conducted the 2 day ‘Neuroscience of Leadership’ training program for the Cisco Capital Asiapac/Japan Leadership Team in March 2010 – I personally found it extremely beneficial and six months later, I’m still practicing what I learnt – proof of a very good program! The messages and numerous practical tips were outstanding and several members of my team commented that this was the BEST training they had ever received.

Rajiv Menon, Managing Director Asia-Pacific & Japan - Cisco Systems Capital

I would highly recommend ‘The Neuroscience of Performance’ program to all overworked, overstressed executives who want to achieve an uplift in their professional performance and more to the point their quality of life. Paul Taylor has an intuitive ability to understand the drivers of high performance and presents it with enough science to ensure a change in behaviour in any stubborn but intelligent exec.
