Rob Hartnett is an international award winning Sales Performance, & Leadership specialist who counts amongst his clients National Australia Bank, MLC, Australia Post, EY, Vanguard, Virgin Money, ANZ, Draeger , Samsung, Telstra, & Mercedes Benz .
Starting his career at KPMG Rob has worked in senior management roles at organisations such as Apple Computer, Mojo and Hewlett-Packard, where he won the coveted Asia Pacific High Achiever Award.
At Miller Heiman Group where he is the Sales Performance advisory partner, he is a seven times Global Presidents Club Winner. He is also a strong believer in leadership principles and a team approach to business which has seen him successful in business & sport as part of winning teams.
He holds a Bachelor of Business and a Post Graduate in Applied Finance & Investment and is a certified coach in Leadership with the John Maxwell Team.
Rob has strong understanding of digital including social media through his work as founder of Sailing Shack an online yachting business, an Advisor to Hartnett Media a digital production company & The Arrow Group a Digital & Social Media Marketing Agency.
Rob is the author of three books and has appeared on a number of TV, Radio and Media channels on the subject of top line business performance.
Rob is a former world & state champion yachtsman, a passionate cyclist & motorsport follower and resides in Melbourne with his family
