Tim, I just wanted to drop you a line and thank you personally for your fantastic performance at the Convention. Your professionalism and attention to detail and the way you personalized things for our franchisees really encapsulated what we are all about! There is no doubt that the success of the Convention was due in no small part to your ability to keep them on track and draw the relevance from our key speakers. I would have no hesitation in recommending you for future 'gigs' and wish you all the best for the Future.
