Her resilience and strength – that she illustrates with passion and humour is an engaging and compelling combination. She empowers her audiences by helping them understand that each individual is ‘an instrument of human engagement’, and then encourages them to play.

Wowing audiences for over 15 years with her humour and talent - her many performances included the absolutely fabulous Patsy & Edina, Kath & Kim, The Duelling Opera Divas, Dolly Parton, Pauline Hanson, Le Bond Femmes, and the stunning Super Supremes.
Although she now takes to the stage minus the sequins and wigs – Nathy is a firm believer in the adage “if you’re laughing, you’re learning” – and her keynotes and presentations are always both entertaining and enlightening.

Our brains have about 100 000 year lag on our environments. With so much on the line – you’d better make sure your first impression is a good one. In this keynote presentation – Nathy combines stories from her days as an actor and impersonator with behavioural science and leads the audience towards the empowering place of understanding that we all have control over how we are perceived.

"Change is the law of life and those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future." John F Kennedy
At the heart of business at it’s best lies the seeds of growth. Yet so many of us – when faced with it – shy away from this most inevitable process of life – change.
In this powerful story driven keynote – Nathy charts her journey from ‘resistance to resilience’. Change – uncomfortable for most – was thrust upon her from a very young age. By the age of 6 – she had already clocked up five schools, and that number continue to rise to 14 by the time she graduated high school.
Differing greatly to most ‘change management’ speakers – Nathy uses personal metaphors to connect with the audience, by acknowledging the very human fears we have surrounding change – and through her own very real experience – shares how she at a very young age – became not only resilient to change – but in fact made change her friend.

- Raise awareness in all team members currently resisting change. Help them to understand why they do, and to embrace the new direction.
- Enable people to see that change is something they can have a pro-active hand in – rather than simply having it thrust upon them.
