Human resources, also commonly referred to as HR relates to those individuals who make up the workforce of an organization, business sector, or economy. Experts in the field of HR include speakers and trainers who advise on recruiting, employee selection, job and behavioral interviewing, stay, exit and promotion interviewing. Strategies are also implemented to drive innovation and productivity training and development, organisational development, change management and positive industrial relations, employee and employment relations. Talent development, part of human resource development, is the process of changing an organization, its employees, its stakeholders, and groups of people within it, using planned and unplanned learning, in order to achieve and maintain a competitive advantage for the organization. HR speakers are often required to speak on managing and motivating a new generation of workers and recruiting and retaining generation X and Y in both keynote and session training format.
