The messaging behind the leadership philosophies of the TRG aligned perfectly to the leadership group from Hedland Operations and with how we do business at Fortescue. Todd was very engaging in his presentation style and was able to give real life examples demonstrating how he applied the theories of single mission focus, everyone understanding their part to play, adaptive thinking and leadership on all levels. Highly recommended. Thanks Todd
FMG

Todd's brief was to talk about Team Work and how that can be incorporated into all aspects of work, no matter what the job is. He absolutely nailed the brief and with the stories he told, made it very engaging and entertaining. I would recommend Todd for any corporate function.
Rockingham City Council
Todd was the Keynote speaker at the Golden You Leadership youth camp in April 2024. His talk was both engaging and exciting! Not only did Todd give a talk, but he also created a hands-on hostage scenario for the kids to participate in. I found Todd easy to work with. He was open to my ideas and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend Todd for your next event.
