Over a 20-season AFL career, Paul played 324 games, earned induction into the AFL Hall of Fame, and witnessed the game’s evolution from semi-professional to fully commercialised national competition. Standing at 205cm tall, Paul’s presence is unmistakable—both on and off the field.

Beyond football, Paul has spent over 40 years building start-ups across hospitality, tourism, network marketing, and clean tech sectors in Australia, the USA, the Middle East, India, and China.

Paul has held key positions in several organizations, including being the Founder and CEO of HiJo Pty Ltd, Hijo Pty Ltd, Sit Less Pty Ltd, Torus Group Pty Ltd, Premium Brands Group, Journey Corporation, and Work@Play. His experience also includes owning and operating the Healthworks Fitness Centre.
