Erin Molan is one of Australia’s most popular television and radio presenters, with over two decades as a journalist and broadcaster, she is one of the country’s most recognisable faces. Erin is host of the Erin Molan Show, former host of the prime time show, Erin on Sky News, and former columnist for the Daily Telegraph. She spent over a decade as a sports and news presenter on Channel 9, including as the first female to host the NRL Footy Show and 2GBs Continuous Call Team.
Molan is also the proud designer and owner of a world-first baby range, ‘By Erin’.
She is passionate about politics, national security and foreign affairs plus uses her platform to support countless charities and causes - including Bowel Cancer Australia, Dreams2Live4, Syd2Camera and Tresillian.
Her own experience with online abuse led to her advocacy for new laws to protect Australians online. The ‘Online Safety Act’ or ’Erin’s Law’, as former Prime Minister Scott Morrison refers to it, was passed in Parliament in 2021.
She spent over a decade as a sports and news presenter on Channel 9… including as the first female to host the NRL Footy Show and 2GBs Continuous Call Team.
Molan also competed in the world's most dangerous open ocean race, The Sydney to Hobart, on two occasions, the second as part of the World Record breaking winning team, Perpetual Loyal.
She travels the country sharing her story of persistence, resilience, failure and always ‘fronting up’ regardless of what’s thrown her way… plus ensuring negative experiences become a catalyst for change… always with a laugh along the way!

In this Keynote Erin will share how to overcome a fear of failure and how to use failure to motivate you and reach success.

In this presentation Erin shares her experiences and learnings from joining the ranks of an almost exclusively male-dominated broadcasting team as the first woman to permanently join the NRL Footy Show and the Continuous Call Team.
Erin will share the hard parts, the challenges, coping mechanisms and her experience fronting up day after day despite the public backlash and constant criticism.
The Fight for Online Safety
As a victim of some of the vilest abuse online imaginable - Erin decided enough was enough and that laws were needed to protect children and adults online.
In this presentation, Erin will share the ins and outs of her journey lobbying the Federal government and helping them develop the online safety legislation that passed through the Senate and Lower House in June 2021.
Erin will share the strategies she used to turn a horrific experience into positive social change and how to use your pain to fight for good and ensure others don't have to go through it as well.
