Richard is a visionary leader and highly capable ‘Change-Agent’ with over 25 years experience in Formula One Racing. Known for a dogged commitment to finding solutions regardless of the challenges thrown in his way. He constantly transforms, revitalises strategies and procedures whilst introducing innovation.
Richard is leading the groundbreaking Sunswift Racing prototype EV project, setting Guinness World Records for long-range electric vehicles.
P-ONE Technology is Richard’s new venture, a Research & Development Automotive Agency that aims is to advance all forms of technology in collaboration with UNSW and industry.
Additionally, he serves as the High Performance Adviser for Walkinshaw Andretti United's Australian Supercar team, nurturing young racing talent through the Foundation Academy.
Not just someone who thrives in ‘can do’ cultures but is someone who creates them whilst reigniting enthusiasm and self-belief that winning is possible with proven success working with teams to coach them to identify the most effective and efficient ways of working.
