Through building a culture of excellence, Alison Crabb lead the largest division within the Flight Centre Travel Group, which delivered the companies most profit for eight consecutive years, leading over 200 stores, opening in excess of 100 stores. Her focus on continuing improvement saw her division grow profits from $18million to $49 million under her leadership.
She is an expert in retail operations and leadership, leading teams, and teaching others to create an environment of trust, purpose and inspired culture. Her philosophy is “Humans first, employees second”.
In 2016, she founded Alison Crabb Consulting working with Retail Area Leaders, Executives and Operations leaders to create high performing environments to make a positive impact on their people and results.
Alison believes that a leadership role in retail can be the greatest job in the world when done well. It’s about getting the simple things right, being consistent and prioritising how you spend your time.
