Anoushka is the former CEO of The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award, the world’s leading youth achievement award. She is the outgoing Vice President of the Australia India Business Council in Victoria. Anoushka speaks six languages, has lived and worked across Asia, Africa, Europe and Australia.
She has worked with global brands such as UNESCO, l’Oreal and Gide Loyrette Nouel. For Anoushka, the future is diverse and intersectional. Recognising the economic shift to Asia and Africa , that we live in globalised societies, with increasingly diverse talent and consumer, Anoushka set up GlobalCQ to help leaders build and benefit from cultural intelligence and inclusion to thrive in the modern economy.
