Barrie’s keynote helped reconnect our employees to our purpose to create the world’s best places. Barrie spoke about the global mega-trends impacting our sector and inspired 1,000 employees from our development business across 4 events in Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney. We had some terrific feedback to his session which certainly opened our employees’ eyes to the opportunities available to them respond to those trends through their work for Lendlease. Barrie is thought provoking. He gets people thinking beyond tomorrow and, at the same time, keeps it very real and tangible for the audience to own.
