Brit Neuburger makes companies and organisations fit for the future in a world where disruption and poly-crises are the new normal.

After fifteen years of executive responsibility in various industries, Brit Neuburger has been a Senior Advisor at the strategy consultancy Boston Consulting Group since 2023. She advises and empowers companies on comprehensive transformation challenges with a focus on digitalisation, operating model and sustainability.

In her speeches, Brit Neuburger shares experiences & learnings from her responsibility as Chief Transformation Officer in the automotive-tech sector and from the chemical and manufacturing industry. Her messages are relevant across branches and industries: Brit talks about the need for a success culture based on innovation, speed, trust & empowerment – and about obstacles and blind spots on the way there. The former corporate lawyer and General Counsel sees the key to future viability in an adaptable governance and leadership system. In her publications, she advocates to free ourselves from internal bureaucracy and to abolish 50% of all company rules, committees and processes.

Brit Neuburger has a wealth of experience from different fields and branches: After studying law in Freiburg, Oxford & New York, she worked at the international law firm Linklaters, at the German DAX-listed industrial gases corporation Linde, at the private equity-held lift company Wittur and at the automotive technology joint venture Osram Continental. In a voluntary capacity, Brit is committed to the non-profit organisation Zeltschule e.V. providing care and schooling for Syrian children in refugee camps in Lebanon and Syria.
