Chester Elton is a bestselling business author and motivation expert. He was the co-author of the leadership books: Carrot Principle and Orange Revolution. Recently he was the highest rated speaker at a conference and has spoken to audiences all over the World.  

Chester Elton, called the ‘apostle of appreciation’ by Canada’s largest newspaper, is the co-author of several successful leadership books. The Carrot Principle and the orange revolution have been New York Times and #1 Wall Street Journal bestsellers, and his new book ‘All In’ was released in April 2012.   The books have been translated into more than twenty languages and have sold over a million copies worldwide.
