David Cazalet's Biography

David Cazalet is "Elvis" and unquestionably one of the most exciting and charismatic performers in entertainment today.
In the "Corporate World," David proves time and time again that he is so versatile; he can work anywhere and for any audience. Recently David performed for The Komatsu Corporation. This took him and two of his beautiful dancers to the Moorilla Estate Winery in Hobart and included an entrance on a Harley Davidson Motor Cycle!
The following month found him in Queenstown, New Zealand with four dancers and a musical director for the Country Retail Trading Convention. This show he made his entrance from a Jet–Helicopter!
“The King in Concert” showcases Elvis from his humble beginning as a shy country boy on the Memphis Sun Label to the “world wide” mega star of Hollywood and Vegas. It presents Elvis’ No 1 hits in the style of their origin capturing the Presley sound with that goose bump generating feeling that seems to come so naturally to the shows star….David Cazalét.
David Cazolet is a New Yorker by birth and a lover of Elvis’ music since boyhood, moves effortlessly from era to era, costume to glorious costume, recreating the music that is still loved by countless millions of people all throughout the world. He does this by utilizing one of the finest groups of musicians ever assembled for this style of show.
People like Trevor White, Adrian Payne and Peter Moloney, all original members of Jesus Christ Superstar and collectively with hundreds of credits to their names. Guitar players Gary Fredericks and Dev Gopalasamy are both fine players with Fredericks a key member of Johnny O’Keefe’s last band.
Greg Ohlback on drums has worked with David since it all started 12 years ago and has also performed in the Studio and on T.V behind Julian Lennon. Liza Ohlback the only female in the harmony group is regarded as the most versatile and amazing vocal artist in Sydney with countless corporate and T.V appearances with Network and Mother Jive. Completing the group on Keyboard is Joe Macri a career musician with a great ear and gifted feel for the music.
The icing on this piece of pure show business cake is provided by the beautiful “King in Concert Showgirls” who provide the glamour and glitz during transitions and era changes throughout the show, keeping the audience spellbound and wondering what is to come!
So as Elvis once sang “Step right up and buy a ticket…”
