David Koutsoukis is a leadership and team development specialist who helps leaders build exceptional teams. He does this through keynote speaking, training and development programs, team building workshops, public seminars, executive facilitation, in-house consulting and by authoring leadership and team development resources.

He has a proven track record in team development including a multi-national company he helped take from a staff retention rate of just 55% to more than 95% in a 12 month period; another that achieved record profits at the end of a six month team development program; and a business that doubled it's turnover in one year by enhancing employee engagement.

David is a recognised thought-leader and skilled practitioner in the area of leading people. He has spent the last 30 years exploring the art and science of leadership – from his early working life as an outdoor adventure and leadership instructor – through team leader and management roles – to his time now as a leadership speaker, consultant and workshop leader. He 'walks the leadership talk' as a director and past chair of a number of companies; is a past National President of the National Speakers Association of Australia and has coached many sporting teams.

David has the CSP designation (the highest international accreditation for speakers worldwide), has twice been named Western Australian Speaker of the Year and has presented at seminars, workshops and conferences throughout Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and the USA. He has worked with over 300 organisations across four continents including Woodside Energy, INPEX, BHP Billiton, Astra Zeneca, HBOS, Diageo and Wesfarmers, and is a regular presenter for the Masters of Business and Leadership program at the Curtin University Graduate School of Business.

David is the creator of the Seven Signs of an Exceptional Team has written more than 20 books including co-authoring 'Click! Why you click with some people and others drive you crazy!' and is a founding director of Click! Colours International – creators of the popular Click! Colours personality cards.
