Dr Louise Mahler is a leadership communication scholar, executive coach, keynote speaker and best-selling author.
She works with the skills of Gravitas to help leaders — from early-stage entrepreneurs to international C-suite and board executives — achieve dramatic and measurable change.
Having worked and spoken with thousands of leaders across Europe, America, China and the Pacific, Louise has coached intimate leadership teams and addressed audiences of up to 15,000.
Her clients include Gartner, Salesforce, BHP, Transdev, MDRT, NAB, the Institute of Internal Auditors, Adobe and the Chief Executive Women Executive Leadership Program — the latter returning participant scores of 100 per cent.
Her distinctive perspective began when, returning from the Vienna State Opera to Australia, Louise observed a “missing ingredient” in corporate leadership. She has since built that insight into a clear, teachable framework for communication in high-stakes engagements.
Every engagement is tailored, diagnostic and hands-on. Louise observes the leader in their real context, identifies what is undermining their authority, and rebuilds it through deliberate practice. Her approach draws on three integrated strengths:
