Kerry Larkan is an acclaimed Australian consultant, author and international speaker.
Kerry is passionate about getting the right culture and leadership for success. He is also passionate about developing outstanding people skills. He has proven skills in Leadership Development, including Executive Mentoring and Organizational Development initiatives, working with Senior Executives of organizations to assess opportunities for enhancing Organizational Culture, Team Dynamics (including conflict resolution), Retention Strategies, Designing and Implementing an Employment Brand, Mentoring Programs, Motivation strategies, Employee Relations Engagement Initiatives, and Leading Change Management Initiatives
