Since 1999, Kevin Hennah has built a strong reputation as a freelance consultant, working nationally and internationally across a broad cross section of retailers. He teaches innovative strategy to increase sales and customer numbers through merchandising strategy, inventive use of space and sales-driven store design.
Dynamic and motivational, Kevin’s practical and easy to implement advice is never delivered in an “off the shelf” manner. Tailoring his work specifically to client requirements, all presentations are highly focused on individual needs and include practical examples and relevant images to reinforce ideas visually.
Employed by The Body Shop throughout the 1990s, their major growth period Kevin held roles in Retail Operations, Seasonal Planning, Staff Training and Visual Merchandising.
Since 1999 he has established an international reputation as a Public Speaker and Consultant. Some of his diverse cross-section of clients have included Virgin Mobile, Westfield, OshKosh, Interflora, Australia Post, The Australian Retailers Association, Goldwell Haircare, Villa & Hut, The RACV, Saddleworld, Kathmandu as well as numerous garden centres, optometrists and pharmacy groups.
