Identified through psychometric tests as a ‘Risk Taker’, Natalie Waters has had an extraordinary career in Law Enforcement both here in Australia and the Middle East.
This armed male dominated work, has seen her boarding vessels for illegal immigration and drugs in Australia’s Southern Ocean and around the northern coastline.
Chasing adventure, overseas she worked for Government departments such as Intelligence Agencies, Prime Minister’s Office, Governor General, and as close personal protection for H.M The Queen.
Facilitating Hostage Negotiation training for Special Forces and other varied enforcement roles, has given Natalie an in-depth understanding of the different behavioural types, and as a Human Behaviour Profiler is a specialist in why we do what we do and what motivates and challenges us to our mental and emotional limits.
Natalie has a 13 year career in Law Enforcement career often as the only female, boarding hostile vessels at sea, facilitating Hostage Negotiation training, working for various government agencies such as Intelligence, Prime Minister and Governor General.
