Testimonials for Prina Shah
“Prina has undertaken team culture workshops with two separate teams I have led. Each workshop was tailored specifically to the team's unique needs... The workshops create a safe place for the team to really open up about how they are feeling, what they like about the team and what they think can be improved. In both instances, I have learnt much about my team members' working style as well as my own. I can then take this information to be a more effective leader.
Prina also prepares a detailed report that provides further actions for the team to work on into the future. I would highly recommend all teams to undertake one of Prina’s workshops.”
