Speaking Topics Include
LEAD LIKE A FUTURIST - As a leader, our role is to scan the horizon for change and to navigate the best pathway forward in an increasingly uncertain future with new technological trends emerging daily. As a leader in an age of uncertainty, how do we anchor a vision, but remain open to the inevitability of change? The answer is purpose.
The role of purpose and the role of the futurist may seem worlds apart; however, the mindset is the same. Both a leader and the futurist must scan an environment, based on trends happening today, and use that data to craft a compelling purpose-driven story about a possible future.
In this presentation, Rebecca decodes to the mindset of the futurist to assist leaders in identifying, articulating and integrating purpose-driven leadership strategies. Leading with purpose enables clarity, consistency and congruency in the day to day business activities, regardless of what changes tomorrow - and change is the only inevitable in this new world.
PANEL HOST - As the host of the Decoding Purpose podcast Rebecca is available to conduct live stage interviews or panel facilitation. Possibilities include company CEO’s, leading performers, speakers or sponsors helping to explore their vision and expertise in an intimate setting. This content can then also be used on online or for those unable to attend the event.
DECODING PURPOSE - The word purpose has worked its way into part of our everyday vocabulary. Not just in business, but also in our personal lives, the concept of delving into why we exist has become something that we as humans crave. But where do we begin with such a big, lofty concept? What are some of the steps we can take to explore our purpose, and apply it to our lives?
In the presentation, Rebecca unlocks the DNA of purpose. The definition of purpose may seem as simple as understanding why something is done, but the explanation and application of purpose is deeply personal. In Decoding Rebecca provides a unique framework for individuals and organisations to decode purpose in order to curate meaning in our lives.
Audiences will walk away from this presentation not only with a deeper understanding of the role of purpose, but with the tools to use purpose as a method to propel us into the creation of our future selves, in turn enabling higher performance and the activation of both our personal and professional potential.
THE TURNING POINT - By definition, a turning point is a time when a situation starts to change in a significant way. A defining moment ignited by a personal or collective crisis, a disruptive innovation, or even a significant planetary event like climate change. These moments not only present great opportunity, but they also expose our deepest vulnerabilities. So how do we got about navigating these personal or professional pivot points?
In this presentation, Rebecca takes the audience on a journey that reflects upon the significant turning point in human history - digitisation. If we can decode our response to the first great wave of technological change, then we are also able to better understand how we can consciously navigate the turning points ahead.
Audiences will walk away from this presentation with deep insight into the power of human purpose and adaptability to build resilience, drive innovation and to lead the next economy. They will also gain insights into the power of turning points to act as catalysts for purpose-driven change on a personal and professional level.
