As a social researcher Sophie Renton has a passion for understanding people and organisations. Sophie is a social researcher, trends analyst and Research Director at the internationally recognised McCrindle Research. As an experienced researcher, Sophie understands how evidence-based insights can inform strategy and help organisations to thrive amidst change.

Sophie’s passion for discovery springs from her background in education. She leads and guides our team of researchers in search of clear, strategic insights. Using a wide range of methodologies, she manages projects from end-to-end and brings strong organisational, communication and leadership skills to the challenge of finding the unknown.

Sophie’s passion fuels her desire to help both people and organisations develop their strengths and progress on a journey to development. She believes an understanding of past and current social trends enables us to be effective at positioning ourselves to thrive in the future.
