Adapting to your needs Troupe du Jour offers; The Troupe Show, Conference entertainment, Careless caterers, Characters and scripts, Role plays, Training and workshop packages, MC-ing; leading the debate, Musical arrangements and company videos. We adapt each show to the needs of the client, and are often called on to reflect the working lives of employees. Whether it be a crisis over the office coffee or the photocopier, Troupe will touch on the real issues by depicting the situation in a humorous way. We choose from a number of different genres – from a romance to a kung-fu movie, a western or a black comedy. And we love inviting members of our audience on to the stage to become the real stars of the Troupe Show.
Surprise your guests by having Troupe play the venue staff. Be greeted by stuttering waiters, bag ladies and furious chefs. You might not get the world's best silver service, but it's highly interactive and lots of fun. Careless catering breaks the ice if people don't know each other.
The finale to every show is an improvised musical based on the life of someone ‘special’ in the audience. After a short interview we perform an improvised Broadway musical based on their life story that traces their childhood, where they grew up, school days, first date, first job, and dreams for the future.

The Troupe du Jour show
Spontaneous improvised comedy at its best A funny, interactive, and always relevant 45-minute performance. Troupe makes up songs and stories with the help of the audience, who they call on to suggest the themes and situations for their sketches. The Troupe du Jour shows has been performed before diverse audiences large and small, from company boards to nursing associations and schools, at awards nights and product launches. They adapt each show to the needs of the client, and are often called on to reflect the working lives of employees. Characters
Troupe has developed and can play a diverse repertoire of characters at your event. Or they can create an original character for your entertainment or training needs. From footy coaches to professors, the Bogan family to surfers, foreign executives and customers from hell; they have played it at both scripted and spontaneous performances.
Role play
Many organisations want to use professional actors to simulate real life situations. Troupe has been an integral part of many management training programs and are up for any role-play scenario.
Training and workshop packages
Clients have used Troupe du Jour as part of management and leadership training, or as an inspiring adjunct to a problem-solving conference or meeting. They'll stretch your imagination and boundaries in a fun environment and help you to learn: the principles of improvisation – what’s good and bad about teamwork; teamwork through improvisation – leading and being lead; communication and storytelling skills to be creative with simple exercises that inspire the team to be open to change, think on your feet, and be flexible and responsive.
