“Blown Away” –
Looking for one of Australia’s most booked speakers and a real leader who speaks with experience, knowledge and insight?
Rachael Robertson has successfully led significant teams and businesses through normal and extreme experiences. She uses her first hand experience to recount intriguing, hilarious and moving stories and her MBA to unpack their meaning. Her lessons are grounded in contemporary leadership research and teaching and are always relevant and insightful.
Rachael returned to Australia after 12 months in the Antarctic, where she successfully led the 58th Australian National Antarctic Research Expedition to Davis Station. She was only the second female to ever lead a team at the Station and one of the youngest ever leaders.
Rachael’s content is unique and she is recognised as a global leader in “small leadership” and is one of Australia’s most booked speakers.
Because Rachael speaks from experience, she connects deeply with audiences, relating her own challenges to the challenges of every workplace. She needs no props, no “rah-rah” moments or no forced audience participation to reach people at a deep level. This is a seasoned leader telling it how it is in her own approachable style. Your people will leave inspired and motivated to make their own lives extraordinary.
Rachael is one of the best when it comes to teaching and inspiring leaders on why little things matter. She presents with such warmth, combined with a rare commodity – intelligent humour.
